What if I made a mistake in my order?

Can I cancel my order?
All orders are deemed as final and no cancellations and refunds will be made, but we are open to working something out with you if the order has not been dispatched, so please contact us at ebbnflow.sg@gmail.com immediately with your order number and delivery date.

What are delivery charges like?
We provide complimentary delivery on all orders to anywhere in Singapore!
BUT if no recipient or representative is available, we will bring it back and a re-delivery can be arranged for with a fee.
So please also ensure that the address provided to us is accurate!

What if my recipient is unable to receive the delivery?

If no recipient or representative is available, we will bring it back and a re-delivery + touch up can be arranged for with a fee of up to 50% of original selling price.
